The SailRail Double Tilter is a pneumatic linefeed display device that tilts and position multiple containers for maximum operator ergonomic benefit.

The Double Tilter has been created to handle the most demanding circumstances. With a load capacity of 2000lbs, the Double Tilter is primary & back-up capable, with standard rack dimensions at 48” x 48” x 34”

Fork truck places forks under the lip of the carriage and raises forks to the fixed tilt position
Carriage is locked by foot pedal at its fixed tilt angle of 30 degrees
Operator picks parts from the container
Operator releases foot pedal lock then gently pushes container back to its horizontal position
Fork truck removes the container from “The Tilter” and repeats the cycle
